How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. For international orders, please allow 10-20 business days. Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Please note that delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas and Black Friday.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees may apply.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Simply click on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package.

What's your return policy?

We offer easy 30-day returns on unused items. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. If I cancel my order, can I get a refund?

Yes! If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders of $400 or more are final sale and are not returnable. In the event of product unavailability, you will be refunded no later than 30 days following your order confirmation.

What if something doesn't fit?

No worries! We offer easy exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for limited-edition collections or international orders. All exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to any location accessible via UPS. Please keep in mind that international shipping fees apply and customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

What happens if my package is lost or returned?

If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address, we reserve the right to charge reshipping fees. If the delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe by more than 14 days, you may cancel your order by contacting us at summitcommercegroup@outlook.com.
