What's your return policy?
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Unused or unworn items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, or exchanged within 45 days. Sale items may not be exchanged but can be returned. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. It is at our discretion to accept or deny a return or exchange for items outside of these parameters. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our customer service team at summitcommercegroup@outlook.com. All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee. For all international orders, please reach out to summitcommercegroup@outlook.com to receive details on processing a return for a refund. International orders cannot be exchanged.
Please note, orders of $400 or more are final sale and are not returnable. For wholesale or large orders, please contact our team at summitcommercegroup@outlook.com.
What about exchanges?
Exchanges are easy! Any unused or unworn items (that are not pre-ordered items) can be exchanged within 30 days. At this time, we do not accept exchanges for limited-edition collections or international orders. All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.
