Shipping Times
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
—The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-3Days
Shipping time: 5-10Days
—Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.
—Shipping fee: $15
Defalis makes every effort to ensure that orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within an average of one (1) to three (3) business days from the day following the Customer's order confirmation.
Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer within an estimated 7 to 10 business days from the order confirmation date, depending on location, except during peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
For international orders, the average delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days.
Delays may nevertheless occur due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons related to the delivery location. Defalis declines all responsibility for extended delivery times caused by the carrier, particularly in cases of lost products or strikes.
To track an order, the Customer must click on the link sent by email following the shipment of the order and click on the tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email.
In the event of product unavailability, Defalis commits to informing the Customer as soon as possible so that the Customer can be refunded without delay, and no later than 30 days following the order confirmation.
In the event of a foreseeable extension of the delivery time, Defalis commits to informing the Customer as soon as possible by any means, so that the Customer may choose to maintain or cancel the order in whole or in part.
Defalis shall not be held responsible for the consequences of any events beyond its control, including force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, that may delay or prevent the delivery of the ordered product.
In the event of non-compliance with the stated delivery time plus 14 days, the Customer may cancel the order by sending an email to summitcommercegroup@outlook.com.
Defalis reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the proper shipment of products.
PLEASE NOTE: If a package is returned to sender due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the Customer, Defalis reserves the right to charge the Customer for reshipping fees. In this case, if the package is returned to sender again, it will no longer be reshipped to the Customer and the amount corresponding to the order, including any additional shipping fees, will be retained by Defalis.
Countries We Ship To
Delivery is available throughout the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and internationally at the Customer's choice.
Delivery Inspection
Defalis guarantees that the delivered product conforms to the essential characteristics described on the website for use consistent with its intended purpose.
In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, Defalis reserves the right to refuse to fulfill subsequent orders.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be charged at the rate in effect on the day of the order and may vary depending on the delivery territory and the shipping method chosen by the Customer on the Site, which the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.
The Customer is informed of the shipping terms before final validation of the order.
Defalis is not responsible for additional taxes and service fees applied by certain countries.
Customers are responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country before placing an order. Defalis shall not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
For international orders, if the order arrives in the destination country and:
- The Customer refuses the package
- No delivery attempt to the provided address is successful in the destination country
Then Defalis reserves the right to abandon said package and shall not be obligated to issue any refund.
